Strength - these units have a mortise and tenon type fixing - incredibly strong and pretty much hidden from view.  The tolerance is tight and this is the reason that there has to be a range of sizes to suit various thicknesses of plywood. 

All plans are for the following plywood thicknesses

17.3 mm (Standard for formply in Australia) - will work well with 16.8mm to 17.8mm
17.9 mm (Actual thickness of 0.703" - popular in the USA) - will work well from 17.4mm to 18.4mm
18.5 mm (Actual thickness of 23/32 is 18.3mm) will work well from 18.5mm to 19mm.

Shelving designs as follows:

Aerosol unit  - stores 6 cans in 150mm depth from the wall.

Square container unit - stores 6 rectangular containers in 150mm from the wall.

Slimline shelving unit - single shelf 150mm from the wall.

Slimline shelving unit - single shelf 200mm from the wall.

There is also a simple machining guide / assembly guide included in the file pack.

Note: the files are to help make the slimline shelving units using a CNC router - and as such, they are not for the physical units themselves.  We will be adding more files to our MX range shortly.
