There are 5 storage boards in the download ready to machine with a CNC!.
1 - stores an axe, tomahawk, and wood splitter
2 - stores a garden fork, spade and mattock/pick
3 - stores a garden rake and a long handle shovel
4 - stores broom and a leaf rake
5 - stores secateurs, gloves, mini hand shovel + fork, and a shelf.
These are suitable for BOTH standard wall mount OR French cleat system (shown in the videos and images.) The standard wall mount is to fix direct to the wall using our backboards in our designs.
Strength - these units have a mortise and tenon type fixing - incredibly strong and pretty much hidden from view. The tolerance is tight and this is the reason that there has to be a range of sizes to suit various thicknesses of plywood.
The files are made for three differing thicknesses of plywood - These are as follows:
17.3mm, 17.9mm and 18.5mm (suitable for 3/4" plywood's actual thickness)
There are additional files for machining tips, and also DXF, AI, PDF and SWV to suit the 5 designs.
