Digital Plans / Files = Stretchies - split design ! files for CNC machining

The design allows for four different sizes to be used in standard form - (internal dimensions).  

• 300 mm x 300 mm (12 " x 12")
• 300 mm x 450 mm (12" x 18")
• 300 mm x 525 mm (12" x 20")
• 300 mm x 625 mm (12" x 25")

If you machine additional jig saw extension pieces you can make this as long as you want - simply keep machining additional parts from the files provided and fit them together!

Use these digital files for use on a CNC to start machining within minutes!  There are two file formats - pdf and dxf.  There is also another text file to outline machining tips re depth of cut + suitable cord + tool path recommendations.

Depending upon your CNC - some hand sanding may be required - there are some tight tolerances in the jigsaw pieces. 

Digital files are colour coded to assist with creation of tool paths !
